Native Outfitters Company is the creative home of Dona Gibbs, a Native-owned brand where heritage, storytelling, wellness, and meaningful design come together.

Officially founded in 2020, the journey began much earlier.

In 2013, during my final year of college, I began handcrafting jewelry inspired by nature, culture, and personal expression. What started as a creative outlet gradually evolved into something much larger than I ever imagined. As my own journey unfolded, so did Native Outfitters.

Today, Native Outfitters is more than a brand, it's a reflection of the many paths that have shaped my life.

As a project manager, author, Reiki Master, artist, and entrepreneur, I've come to believe that our greatest work begins when we embrace who we are and where we come from. Whether I'm leading complex projects, writing about identity and resilience, creating intentional products, offering Reiki, or hosting conversations through The Intuitive Leader, each endeavor is rooted in the same purpose:

To inspire others to honor their roots, embrace their unique journey, and create lives grounded in authenticity, purpose, and compassion.
